Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT technical and non technical roles.

Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding by completing documentation, conducting inductions, and coordinating joining formalities.

HR Operations: Manage daily HR activities such as attendance, leave, and employee records.

Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a healthy workplace environment.

Performance Management: Coordinate goal setting, and annual appraisal processes.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and initiatives to boost morale.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, HR guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Exit Management: Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage full & final settlements.

Required Skills:



1 - 2 years of HR experience (in IT services). Experience of IT recruitment processes and HR practices. Excellent communication, and networking skills. Smart, energetic, and extroverted personality to engage with teams.

Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad

candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby are preferred



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
