Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Payroll & Benefits:
Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
Compliance:
Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
HR Reporting:
Maintain employee records and generate HR reports for management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Experience:
Fresher in HR or administrative roles.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
