to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and office administration. The position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment process - job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll.
Coordinate with Accounts and Consultants for PF, ESIC, and other compliances.
Prepare HR letters - Offer, Appointment, Experience, Relieving, etc.
Maintain employee master data and update HR files regularly.
Organize employee engagement activities like birthdays and training.
Supervise office administration - stationery, housekeeping, and uniform checks.
Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Ensure all HR documents and reports are audit-ready.
Requirements
Graduate or MBA in HR / related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR & Admin role.
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and payroll process.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
