We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Executive with at least 6 months of experience in supporting HR operations. The candidate will assist in executing HR functions, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth joining formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Support compliance with company HR policies.
Assist in generating HR reports and documentation as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR role or related administrative role.
Basic understanding of HR functions.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity with HRIS or other HR software a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
