We are looking for a recruitment-focused Human Resource Executive who excels in

identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

building high-performing teams that align with our company's values and growth goals,

especially in the real estate and construction domain.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to real estate industry

needs.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and

networking.

- Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes with speed and precision.

- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

- Create a welcoming and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations & Support

- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment metrics.

- Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
