Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, appraisals).
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and support audits and internal reporting.
Contribute to HR projects such as engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, and wellness programs.
Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
