Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation.
Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and coordination.
Coordinate performance appraisals and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR practices and company policies.
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of relevant HR experience (preferred in IT/Corporate sector).
