We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for identifying talent in the early stages of their careers. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring for different job roles to meet the growing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions and specifications for different job roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and updates.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing any queries and concerns they may have.
Maintain a professional and engaging communication style to attract and retain candidates.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities on an Excel Sheet.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with the company's overall recruitment strategy and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships or relevant academic projects are a plus).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
