We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, and employer branding. Proficiency in
HRIS systems
is essential to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection.
Maintain candidate data and hiring pipeline in HRIS.
Onboarding & Induction
Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs.
Ensure new joiners are registered in the HRIS system.
Performance Management
Coordinate appraisal cycles and update performance data in HRIS.
Work with managers to track progress against goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Use HRIS analytics to measure engagement and retention trends.
Payroll & Compliance
Process payroll accurately using HRIS/HRMS.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR letters, and policy documents in HRIS.
Address teammate queries efficiently.
Social Media & Branding
Handle company's HR-related social media activities.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Pay: ₹11,831.56 - ₹35,839.65 per month
