Designation: HR Executive
Reports to: Manager/Assistant Manager - Human Resource and Administration
Summary:
We are hiring a HR Executive - Recruiter for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, from identification of potential candidates to interview and evaluation of candidates, joining, orientation and post joining assistance to the new joiners.
A HR Executive - Recruiter sources candidates using all the available channels, updates job ads, filters applications and conducts background checks. The ultimate goal is helping our company build sound brand by ensuring that it attracts, hires and retains talented and high-potential candidates.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have a sound knowledge of all sourcing techniques and an extensive experience of conducting various types of interviews (eg. group interviews, phone screenings etc.). You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through job portals, references, placement consultants, company careers page etc.
2. Partnering with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs
3. Designing and updating job descriptions
4. Advertising jobs on various online platforms and other available platforms
5. Screening resumes and application forms
6. Performing in-person and telephonic interviews of candidates
7. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and the candidates
8. Following up on the interview process status
9. Performing reference and background checks
10. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
11. Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
12. Conducting exit interviews of separating employees
13. Preparation of reports related to recruitment, interview status, offers issued, joining, confirmation etc.
14. Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill, attrition rate etc.)
15. Hosting/coordinating recruitment events and participating in job fairs
16. Responsible for Joining and Orientation of new joiners
17. Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits
18. Prepare and issue HR Letters/ documents.
19. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
20. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
21. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
22. Undertake tasks related to performance management and coordinate for quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
23. Ability to manage new employee relocation that determines new employee requirements and arranges temporary housing.
24. Ensure compliance with labour regulations
25. Assist Manager and Assistant Manager - Human Resource in all the tasks related to HR, Administration, Operations and Housekeeping etc.
26. Willing to take up all the new tasks, projects assigned by the Reporting Head and the Management.
