Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
, ideally in
technical hiring
, to help us scale our team, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee engagement. This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership across hiring, on boarding, HR operations, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Work closely with founders and technical teams to hire engineers, operators, and support staff.
Own sourcing, screening, coordination, and interview process.
Employee Life cycle Management:
Manage on boarding, documentation, attendance, and exit processes.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and offer letters.
Assist with payroll coordination with finance/accounting.
Policy & Compliance:
Help draft and update HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal protocols.
Culture & Communication:
Organize team bonding and engagement activities.
Be a go-to person for internal queries, issues, or feedback.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with external recruiters, insurance providers, and tools/platforms.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in an HR/People Ops role
Exposure to
technical hiring
or engineering recruitment (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Knowledge of HR tools (like ATS/HRMS/Excel/GSheets)
Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
