The Human Resources Executive is responsible for executing and supporting the fundamental human resources processes within the organisation. This role encompasses key areas, including employee onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Executive collaborates closely with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of core HR services and maintain a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Employee Records Management:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and setup of employee accounts and profiles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of personnel information
Process changes in employee status, such as promotions, transfers, or terminations, and update records accordingly
Strong skills in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring
Experience in employer branding to promote the company's image
Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
Ability to source and attract qualified candidates
Knowledge of recruiting tools and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with hiring managers
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Benefits Administration
Assist employees with understanding their benefit options and processing enrollment and changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
Maintain proper documentation and records to support compliance efforts
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Generate routine HR reports and dashboards to provide insights on key metrics and trends
Collaborate with the HR team to analyse data and identify areas for process improvement
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, events, and initiatives
Assist with the coordination of HR-related communications and employee engagement activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in HR-related software and the Microsoft Office suite
Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Customer-service oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
