The incumbent is responsible to support recruitment and HR operations in a manufacturing environment. Working under the HR Executive, the role will focus primarily on talent acquisition for both blue- and white-collar roles, along with basic HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition [80%]:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview line ups and follow ups).
Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with local training institutes by participating in job fairs, and campus hiring events as and when needed.
Coordinate and support hiring managers in the interview and selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ensure documentation is complete.
Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating pre-employment checks.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment procedures and relevant labor laws.
HR Operations [20%]:
Support the on-boarding process including document collection, induction coordination, and system entries.
Maintain and organize employee records and files ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee queries or requests and escalate when necessary.
Assist in monthly reporting and audits related to HR metrics.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR-related administrative tasks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Specific Skills (Specify Mandatory and Desirable):
Understanding of both shop-floor and office-based hiring practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR systems.
Familiarity with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative under supervision.
