As an HR Executive at our Company, you will play a vital role in managing core HR operations, employee engagement, and end-to-end recruitment. You'll ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities, support organizational growth by attracting top talent, and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, including Developers, Business Development Executives, Email Marketers, Digital Marketers, and more.
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Draft and publish job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Manage the offer negotiation process, including salary discussions and issuance of offer letters to finalize top candidates.
2. Employee Engagement
Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, festival celebrations, birthday events, and team-building sessions.
Address employee grievances with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update all employee documents and records.
Manage onboarding and induction of new hires for a smooth joining experience.
Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate full and final settlements.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor and track daily attendance and leave records of all employees.
Share regular attendance reports with team leads and management.
5. Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports related to hiring status, attendance trends, and engagement activities to the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's & Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months - 1 years of experience in HR.
Strong understanding of HR roles, tools, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced recruitment pipeline.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software/tools.
