Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner
Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data
Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Prepare HR reports and maintain dashboards as required.
Support organisation's business development needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
