Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Assist in training & development programs and skill enhancement initiatives
Promote employee engagement, welfare activities, and a positive work culture
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review
