Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource (HR) Professional to join our dynamic team at Tech Ahir Private Limited, a leading software company specializing in Software Development. The HR Professional will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Develop sourcing strategies and leverage various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates that fit both technical requirements and cultural fit.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Foster a culture of open communication and proactive conflict resolution. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys.

Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support career development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices. Conduct benchmarking studies and make recommendations to enhance the company's total rewards package.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans and succession planning strategies.

HRIS:

Manage HRIS and employee payroll

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate interested in making career in HR.
