The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at the property level, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and coordination with corporate HR. The role requires prior experience in the
hospitality industry
, preferably in hotels or resorts.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and supervisory positions.
Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, and HR MIS.
Support payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Coordinate inspections, audits, and maintain statutory registers.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and welfare initiatives.
Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
Training & Performance Support
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR audits.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations in a hotel environment.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMIS systems.
Ability to work independently at the property level.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
(hotel/resort background preferred).
Experience in handling manpower for hotel operations will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts as per hotel operations.
