Job Description

Recruitment and staffing:

Develop hiring plans, screen candidates, and manage the onboarding process to attract and retain qualified staff.

Training and development:

Organize and manage training programs to improve employee skills in areas like customer service, and ensure the staff is well-equipped to handle guest needs.

Employee relations:

Address employee inquiries, manage conflict resolution, and handle disciplinary actions to foster a constructive work environment.

Compensation and benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation policies, while ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.

Compliance and policy:

Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Performance management:

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff to support their growth and development.

Employee retention:

Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, such as bonuses and other recognition programs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
