Compensation and benefits:
Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation policies, while ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
Compliance and policy:
Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Performance management:
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff to support their growth and development.
Employee retention:
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, such as bonuses and other recognition programs.
