HR
- Searching appropriate candidate & hiring
- Managing talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Look after New employees on boarding and employees exit formalities
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Good Knowledge about retail industry process - MUST
- Draw and executive Culture development initiatives
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Keep a track of recruiting metrics and implement new sourcing methods
Skills:
Superior interpersonal & communication skills towards building the relationship
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.
Capable of dealing with complex disciplinary cases with high level maturity and positivity Well adaptive towards corporate culture & behavior and ability to work under pressure
