Job Title: Female HR Manager (3 to 5 Years Experience)
Job Summary
: We are looking for an experienced
Female HR Executive
with approximately
3 to 5 years hands-on HR experience
to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of supporting both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management and statutory compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications
Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience
in an HR Executive
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor law basics
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving and people-management abilities
Positive attitude with an employee-focused approach

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
