Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic
Human Resources Manager
to lead our HR operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle--including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that aligns with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to forecast and meet hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via free and paid job portals.
Onboarding, Learning & Development
Deliver engaging and effective onboarding experiences.
Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance.
Align learning initiatives with individual career growth and company objectives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for employee queries and grievances.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment.
Organize activities and events to strengthen employee engagement and morale.
Performance Management
Implement structured performance evaluation frameworks.
Support KPI setting, progress tracking, and career development planning.
Provide coaching and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.
