Role Summary



We are seeking a results-driven and experienced

HR Manager

to lead our human resources function. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in building a strong workforce, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs and develop talent pipelines. Enhance recruitment strategies using free and premium job portals.

Onboarding & Learning



Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Design and implement effective training and development programs. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolution. Cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture. Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.

Performance Management



Implement structured performance appraisal systems. Guide managers in setting KPIs and creating employee development plans. Address performance challenges through improvement and coaching plans.

Compensation & Benefits



Develop equitable and competitive compensation frameworks. Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with company policy.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Policy Development



Create and regularly update HR policies in line with legal standards and business requirements. Communicate and enforce policies consistently across all departments.

Health & Safety



Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment. Ensure workplace safety protocols are well implemented and monitored.

Culture & Retention



Develop wellness, recognition, and team-building initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership



Contribute to long-term workforce planning and HR analytics. Support organizational change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
