Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
HR Manager
to lead our human resources function. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Onboarding & Learning
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Design and implement effective training and development programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolution.
Cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.
Performance Management
Implement structured performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers in setting KPIs and creating employee development plans.
Address performance challenges through improvement and coaching plans.
