Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead our human resources function. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends leadership with operational HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, skilled in recruitment and employee engagement, and capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals to support the company's continued growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
Optimize recruitment strategies using a mix of free and paid job portals.
2. Onboarding & Learning
Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Design and implement learning and development programs.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the go-to person for employee queries and concerns.
Champion a transparent, inclusive, and positive work culture.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
4. Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers in setting KPIs and development plans.
Address underperformance through improvement initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Develop fair and competitive compensation structures.
Manage benefits administration in line with company policies.
6. HR Compliance
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
7. Policy Development & Enforcement
Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies aligned with legal and organizational needs.
Ensure consistent policy communication across all departments.
8. Health & Safety
Promote workplace health and safety.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices.
9. Culture & Retention
Lead wellness, recognition, and team-building programs.
Develop retention strategies to boost employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
10. Strategic HR Leadership
Contribute to workforce planning and HR analytics.
Support change management and organizational development efforts.
