Role Overview
As an
HR Executive
, you will play a key role in building and managing the EdTech team from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. You will work closely with the leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Draft job descriptions, postings, and candidate communications.
Maintain and organize employee records and databases.
Support policy formation, performance evaluation, and payroll coordination.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
Conduct HR orientations and training sessions for new hires.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and internal communication.
Assist leadership in team management and departmental coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or talent management (freshers with strong communication & organizational skills may also apply).
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with HR tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
