Oversee end-to-end payroll management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement
Manage statutory compliances including Salary, Incentive, Bonus.
Coordinate payroll audits and ensure compliance with labor laws
2. Performance Management System (PMS) & KRA/KPA
Design, implement, and drive Performance Management Systems aligned with business goals
Develop and monitor KRA/KPA frameworks across departments
Lead appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and improvement plans
3. Recruitment & Induction
Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment strategies
Oversee induction and orientation programs for new hires
Ensure recruitment quality, workforce optimization, and succession planning
4. HR Policies & Systems
Formulate, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Ensure consistent HR governance and policy adherence across locations
Drive HR system automation and HRMS implementation
5. Training & Development
Identify organizational training needs through skill-gap analysis
Design and implement leadership development and technical training programs
Measure training effectiveness and ROI
6. Employee Relations & Legal Matters
Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries
Represent the organization before labor authorities and statutory bodies
Ensure 100% legal compliance and risk mitigation
