Fliptrip Holidays is hiring an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Experience in service / travel / tourism industry is a plus.

End-to-end recruitment (Sales, Operations & Support roles)
Job posting on Indeed & other portals
Resume screening & interview coordination
Employee onboarding, joining formalities & documentation
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
HR MIS & employee record maintenance
Employee engagement & grievance handling
HR policy implementation & discipline management
Exit process & full & final settlement
