Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
HR Executive
to join our team at our
Vikaspuri office
. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR operations of the assigned BPO centre, ensuring smooth hiring, employee management, and grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On boarding:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for the BPO centre - sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely hiring to meet the manpower requirements of the centre.
Conduct induction programs for new employees.
Employee Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Track attrition, employee movement.
Grievance Redressal:
Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and grievances at the centre.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
