Handle end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, screening, interviews & onboarding.
Address employee queries, support grievance handling & maintain employee engagement.
Maintain employee records and support HR policy updates.
Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination.
Support compensation & benefits processes.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
1-4 years of HR experience (bulk hiring preferred or interested in recruitment).
Strong knowledge of HR policies & labor laws.
Excellent communication, organizational skills & confidentiality.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
