HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for both office staff and on-ground teams.
Maintain and monitor attendance records accurately.
Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals.
Oversee salary processing and incentive programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring open communication and problem resolution.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed in line with company guidelines.

Female candidate, residing in Delhi NCR preferred.
Immediate joiner preferred.
1-3 years of proven HR experience.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect well with diverse teams.
Hands-on experience in attendance tracking, payroll, and performance management.
Proactive, dependable, and a team player with a solution-oriented approach.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling will be an advantage).
