Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Handle employee queries and provide general HR support
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
Requirements:
Experience in an HR role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
