Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Draft HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluation processes.
Handle payroll inputs and basic compliance requirements.
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Support in project follow-ups, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
