Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Assist in conducting audits of HR files and records.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
