Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Draft and issue appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Conduct employee engagement activities and resolve grievances.
Support training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist management in implementing HR strategies and policies.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR functions (freshers with good communication can also apply).
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
