Requirement of HR manager-

Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Provide counseling on policies and procedures Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Create and implement effective onboarding plans Develop training and development programs Assist in performance management processes Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Required Skills/Abilities

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HR and talent management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
