Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment and Onboarding

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and oversee the hiring process. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and programs. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.

Performance Management

Develop and monitor performance evaluation systems. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. Facilitate training and development initiatives.

Qualifications



Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced both can apply

Skills and Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
