Key Responsibilities:
Handle full recruitment lifecycle for sales and other roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers and track hiring metrics.
Participate in job fairs and support employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR or related field with 2+ years of recruitment experience.
Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in organic/FMCG industry is a plus.
