Job Purpose:
To manage and facilitate immigration processes and compliance for employees, including visas, work permits, and residency applications, ensuring full legal compliance with immigration regulations and supporting international mobility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Immigration Case Management
Coordinate visa, work permit, and residency applications for employees and dependents.
Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, and external legal counsel.
Prepare and submit required documentation for new applications, renewals, and status changes.
Track and maintain up-to-date records of all immigration statuses and deadlines.
2. Employee Support
Advise employees on immigration matters, procedures, timelines, and document requirements.
Provide onboarding assistance for expatriate employees, including relocation and settlement support.
Educate employees about visa restrictions, legal rights, and obligations.
Act as a key point of contact for all immigration-related queries.
3. Compliance & Policy Management
Monitor compliance with immigration laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain and update internal immigration policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Identify immigration risks and recommend solutions to management.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with external immigration lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
Manage relationships with government agencies and consular officials.
Ensure timely payments and effective service from immigration vendors.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Generate regular reports on immigration status, costs, and trends.
Prepare immigration compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
Manage confidential and sensitive immigration-related records securely.
