We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective operations in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Support managers with performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Provide information on compensation and benefits to employees.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
