Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory roles
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files)
Assist in payroll inputs, statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.), and HR audits
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures
Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance on the shop floor
Support performance appraisals and training programs
Coordinate safety briefings, welfare activities, and employee engagement events
Maintain factory HR dashboards and generate reports regularly
Liaise with contractors and vendors (if applicable)
