Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final hiring decisions.
Maintain updated employee records and ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support positive communication and teamwork among employees.
3. HR Compliance and Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and leave management systems.
Ensure all school staff follow HR rules and policies.
Help prepare and update HR guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
1-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record management.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Work Environment:
Office-based role within the school premises.
Interaction with teaching and administrative staff, students, and parents as required.
