Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on
job portals
(Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
Coordinate with
clients and internal teams
regarding hiring requirements
Maintain candidate and employee data in HR records
Follow up with candidates and share interview updates
Support HR in onboarding and documentation process
Assist in daily HR administrative activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of
HR processes and recruitment
Knowledge of
job portals
and sourcing techniques
Good
communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
Preferred Candidate
Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related field
Internship or training experience in HR is an added advantage
Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
