Job Description

Job Brief
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, exits, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination with payroll and administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience while aligning with company policies and statutory requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding:- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open positions. Assist with end-to-end hiring processes including offer letters and joining formalities. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations & Administration:- Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts) & HRD related ISO documentations. Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates. Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and vendors. Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, exit).
Employee Engagement & Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary processes. Promote a healthy and compliant workplace culture.
Performance Management:- Manage the new employee probation cycles & reviews. Assist in performance appraisal cycles and documentation. Track appraisal timelines and support managers with process execution. Manage employee PIP cycles & reviews.
Statutory Compliance & Policies:- Maintain statutory registers and records as required. Support audits and inspections when required. Help draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
Exit & Separation Management:- Coordinate employee exit processes including resignations and clearances. Conduct exit interviews and ensure final settlement documentation is completed on time.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR role.
  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRMS tools is an advantage. (Esp. Zoho People)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities

  • Confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
