Job Summary:
The HR Executive will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks, to ensure smooth HR operations within the Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinate interview schedules and manage job postings on various platforms.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in the collection and organization of appraisal documents.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR functions; prior experience in recruitment and HR administration is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
