Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates for

screening and shortlisting

Explain job roles clearly and convince candidates for interviews Maintain daily calling data and update candidate status Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Follow up with candidates until joining Handle HR operational tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
