Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, biometric & leave records.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Handle appointment letters & HR documentation.
Manage ESI & PF compliance and employee queries.
Handle labour & contractual workforce.
Maintain HR records and statutory registers.
Support basic recruitment for factory roles.
Ensure smooth HR operations on the shop floor.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in factory/manufacturing HR.
Knowledge of ESI, PF, labour laws & attendance management.
Good communication and Excel skills.
Graduate/MBA HR preferred.
