Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
Build strong employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, records, and documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in IT sector.
Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
