We are building a fast-moving real estate tech team in Bardhaman focused on governance, transparency, and performance-first culture.
Your primary role will be to source manpower, build a strong employee network, and ensure a continuous supply of reliable talent across departments (land, marketing, sales, operations, field teams, interns).
This is not a desk job -- it requires field presence, smart networking, and real-world talent hunting.
Requirements Strong communication skills (Bengali + Hindi). Ability to identify talent in real-life situations -- not only through resumes. Street-smart understanding of Bardhaman geography, people, and networks. High personal discipline and leadership. Ready for daily field work within Bardhaman district. Freshers with smart networking ability are also welcome.
