Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

HR Executive

to manage day-to-day HR operations with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ESI, PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws, and overall HR administration within a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records Handle statutory compliances related to

ESI, PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable acts

Ensure timely filing of returns, challans, and documentation for ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements Coordinate with government departments, inspectors, and external consultants for audits and compliance matters Maintain factory compliance records such as registers, licenses, and notices as per legal requirements Address employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with labor laws Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of

ESI, PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws, and related statutory compliances

Familiarity with HR documentation, registers, and compliance audits Good understanding of payroll inputs and statutory deductions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment
Preferred Candidate Profile

Local candidate from Bahadurgarh or nearby areas preferred Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Detail-oriented with strong compliance focus
