The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures that HR operations align with the company's goals and that a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment is maintained.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
2. Processing payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
3. Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, resignation acceptance, etc.).
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
5. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.
6. Maintain HR documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
